Our task is to carry out the transformation of the complete logistics system of a major oil company, with phasing out the previously applied systems.
The system transformation is critically influenced by the simultaneous group-level standardization and integration transformation affecting 11 countries and more than 80 business processes.
It is a complex project posing a considerable challenge in the field of resources, communication, legal provisions, error handling and change management.
